Biography:
Gaia Realini is an Italian cyclist and climbing specialist who turned professional with Lidl-Trek in 2023 after two stand-out seasons with the Isolmant-Premac-Vittoria Continental team.
In her neo-pro season she started the year coming second overall at the UAE Tour and finishing as best young rider, won the Trofeo Oro in Euro from a two-rider breakaway, then won a stage and came third overall in La Vuelta Femenina, the Giro d'Italia Donne and Tour de l'Avenir Femmes.
Realini has a contract with Lidl-Trek through 2025.
