UCI Mountain Bike World Championships 2014
Norway is hosting the 2014 UCI Mountain Bike Championships on September 1-8. The action will kick off with the eliminator Worlds in Lillehammer before it moves to Hafjell for the cross country and downhill Worlds.
Past world champions Nino Schurter and Julie Bresset will be back to defend their cross country titles as will Greg Minnaar and Rachel Atherton in the downhill. For the eliminator, Alexandra Engen and Paul van der Ploeg hope for another shot at the rainbow stripes.
