Tom Boonen (Quick Step) won his first race as Belgian national champion at stage three of the  Eneco Tour in Hasselt, Belgium, Friday. He sprinted ahead of America'sTyler Farrar (Garmin-Slipstream) and Italy's Francesco Chicchi (Liquigas).
