The Arctic Race of Norway turns five this year and the 2017 edition of the race will take place between August 10-13, one month ahead of the UCI Road World Championships, which are also being held in Norway.
Though the Worlds are taking place further south, in Bergen, the Arctic Race organisers have drawn up a route with plenty of the icy fjords and punchy climbs that will characterise the Worlds route, which could attract some of the big contenders to the start line.
