Giro Donne 2009: Stage 8 Results

German Trixi Worrack rescued the Giro Donne for Equipe Nürnberger Versicherung by taking a fine solo victory on the eight stage to Pesco Sannita. After the team's leader Amber Neben crashed out of the race earlier this week, the team switched its focus to winning stages, and Worrack came through with aplomb.
