Vuelta boss Javier Guillén: The rules are very clear

A grim-looking Vuelta a España director Javier Guillén said on Sunday evening that after watching footage of Vincenzo Nibali receiving a tow from a team vehicle on stage two, the rules concerning the consequences for a rider doing so - expulsion - were more than clear.
