Fort Lewis College Cycling has announced an extension in scholarships available for the 2006/07 collegiate school year. The newly created “Championship Scholarship” combined with the existing Tom Danielson Scholarship will boost this year’s award total to $19,000.
The Championship Scholarship will be awarded to national-level athletes who contribute significantly towards Fort Lewis College Cycling’s pursuit of future national championship titles and demonstrate a financial need. These awards will range from $1,000-$6,000.
