A 31 year-old cyclist has been killed in the state of Maryland, USA, while riding his bike on Tuesday evening, May 31. The cyclist was Joey Ramos of Montgomery Village, who was hit by a Ford F350 pickup truck at the intersection of Damascus Road and Hipsley Mill Road. Ramos was taken to Montgomery General Hospital in Olney, where he was pronounced dead.
Police are still investigating the accident, although they believe that the driver of the truck was not at fault.
