Defending champion Dylan van Baarle (Visma-Lease a Bike) will start the 2024 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad with bib number 1. His teammate and favourite Wout van Aert will have number 2.

Other favourites include Jasper Philipsen, who will lead Alpecin-Deceuninck with bib number 21, Julian Alaphilippe (Soudal-Quickstep) in #21 and Biniam Girmay (Intermarché-Wanty) will be #31.
